So, under what circumstances is it okay to ask for lost experience/items? In most cases server lag is a good reason to expect more customers service. I'm asking for what's right.

So when the game lags there are moments that the character won't move making him die In the middle of a fight. I'm not sure what now but I've lost 70,000 exp because of this. Is there anyway I can get my exp back? About 100,000 exp has gone missing because of character unresponsive due to lag.
