to be clear, I don't think anybody got a reset upon request... all players level 10 and over were reset to accommodate a mechanics change

there is a skill now which does this (Can learn as early as level 6) also, I've found it helpful to kill hostiles that drop cloth, then constantly craft bandages (and dirty bandages) as I grind to keep my health up. Healing at the doctor with money earned from selling bug meat also works really well...

I'm trying now to look and see if it was a bug, or if they were simply destroyed by another faction - I don't personally have access though, so can't do it myself... hopefully you'll have an answer today. If it was a bug, you will certainly be compensated
