I am asking because of the armour explanation in the manual, which seems quite clear. It is of course logical to not remove all damage, but the actual formula requires clarifying. The effect I've seen at levels 30+ is not exactly as expected, especially with weak enemies.

There are cleaning kits in permanent stock at the gun trader south of the bedouin town (middle of map). To be clear, these get you from rusty (but still working) to clean. I haven't seen repair kits (or whatever they are called) that get you from broken to rusty yet.

Minimum level of damage due to AC
What's the threshold if any? Can the damage you receive from attacks go down to 0 if your armour is high enough, or is there some minimal amount that cannot be avoided?

Note that I said nothing about dying. Items should degrade due to use, not misfortune. Also, I believe the dev(s) are not that greedy. The current cash shop is not exactly pay-to-win either, so you can have the luxury of imagining the "propper" implementation of an idea that would make the...

This is not a crafting-only suggestion. The idea is to give more believability (stuff is falling apart after the war) and cohesion (a dirty piece of clothing can be cleaned) to the world, as well as promote player interaction (spare parts are not purchasable, not for virtual or real cash). This idea is inspired by the current "set-in-stone" status of equipped items. It seems once you get the desired/good/presumed best stuff you can keep it forever, which takes away a bit of the survival feeling. And reading about gun maintenance kits in another thread made me think - why don...

Although I have done this (switching maps after hitting the bandages) many times, this never happened to me. However, I've noticed that the actual healing is never applied after you switch maps, regardless of the type of bandage used. I'll test both things more extensively tonight.

Another Keep Guard bug is that if you change maps with it toggled on the button stays toggled, but the stats are reset. In practice the toggle state is flipped.
