Compras extras. Problema.

Estou com uma dúvida galera, fiz uma compra no jogo, no compras extras, mas não deu certo, o que eu tenho que fazer para requerer isso. Podem me ajudar?.

Você conseguiu resolver o problema já?
No tópico de regras do forum aqui fala sobre isso:
Rule 5
If you buy purchasables for real money and there is a bug, report within 7 days!
It should not occur, but you could level up the wrong character, for example. Be quick with the report!

Note 1 :: When you buy something, the google server can be delayed for up to 24 hours. Please wait this time span before contacting the staff for non-received purchases. It is a very rare issue, but it can happen. Sadly, it’s a Google-side issue and we cannot fix it at all.

Note 2 :: When reporting this issue, it is recommended you contact an admin (green name) via forum PM (see rule 11). Please include your account name and receipt number (GPA code) from your Google Wallet or its receipt in your gmail.

Você precisa enviar uma mensagem privada pra um dos admins: blitzcraig,arachia ou compbatat, apenas eles pode ajudar você, e nas regras diz "envie antes de 7 dias útil." Se nao fez isto acho que eles não vai reembolsar com o mesmo.


Note: você precisa do código google play wallet, nome no jogo, as demais que eles precisar você vai ser informado.

olá desculpe a demora, sou o tradutor do Omega Vanitas, me envie um pm com a parte do email recebido após a compra , onde tem escrito o código de compra e o horário, e aquilo que foi comprado.

Levi, please note that purchase receipts contain personal data (such as real name and email).
Game team members only can happen to require them.
As a GM, I have no access to purchase details, and would say Mardovik1 to send his purchase data directly to game creator (as stated in game rules).
As game translator, you don't need those data and should only offer help translating the message, if you want.

ardesia , I am helping him not because I am a translator, but because I want to help him, clearly he don't speak english and he asked for my help out of here too.

That's very nice, and you know your desire to help other players is appreciated :D

It's nevertheless important that all players and forum users know that NO ONE but the admins and game dev need to see purchase receipts. Unfortunately, there are also bad guys around, and it's wise to act safe.

The correct way to help her/him, and everyone else, is in helping them writing game dev a message including purchase data. This task can be done helping them writing the message, and leaving to them including data.

Ok if him trust in you, but there have personal details how she said and I don't see why a translator take care that.

Even though ur help will not be of great use, better way and redirecting to the devs, explaining to him how to proceed.

(Not even gms can)
