These are actually 16 med kits grouped on the toolbar

Hello there
No, we're not dead yet, but the summer heat intensifies...
We will make a small update in the nearest future, containing some scale-able with player's current level, but the real thing is the big update we're working on, featuring giant new map full of high-level enemies that are more deadly but give more exp. We will release it as soon as we are sure that there are no overlooked things that could cause server crashes after releasing it.
So keep tuned for the news!
