Many players used this as main source of income of xp pts.
So now killing an outlaw, you gain 0 xp. I will not argue about that, but what happens when an outlaw kills u? Character still loses 20% of his xp pts.?

In this case i don't think it's fair. If no experience is gained, then none should be taken.

yes, the way it working was being abused and exploited by players who should know better, thankfully an honest one brought it to our attention. I don't know how it will be worked out, but I'm hoping for some xp to be reinstated in pvp, but clearly in a different way than before

Hmmm. Gaining xp for killing outlaws? I really like this idea. I wish this was implemented in both games. Outlaws deserve to be hunted.

I forgot to mention why the players who was abusing this bug doesn't get theIR lvl back mdzz made 22lvl from that hobbit saw him also and I have 3 screen shots with different players abusing that bug in game.
