is there somewhere some info about who drops what and where, and a general itemlist on where to get things?

As main sources of xp farm:
Drifters - 223 ammo packs, 1/400 rodeo shirt, 1/? cowboy jeans
Sadists - 38 ammo pack, rusty 38colt, anaconda/44 potentially, jeans for good money to begin with
