This has been going on for 2 days now and it happens every time I see him. I just wonder why there is no mute option for chat. It keeps getting filled with his whisper and global spam

I'll provide background info to the mods if asked.

The person in question Chinese player and he understands english well.

Chat filter is intentionally not working in private and in faction chats.
In a case like the one you are reporting, when notified, we punish the offender
