pvp question. If your opponent tries to pvp. I have to click, on the pvp option.someone-head-option? if so, pvp- try attack?
or
someone,pvp If attacked, do not click on the pvp key, only attack key click, pvp attack?

You still need to click/tap the target option before you can initiate a counter-attack against the hostile. Otherwise you'll likely strike/shoot a random mob.

So from your post, it's likely the first one.
