You cant blame ppl for playing too much...
If in the other hands he has been cheating in some way, you're welcome to send me via Private Message the proofs.
Also would like to reminder, its tecnically possible to lvl up every 1h 30min~ past lvl 30, since the exp required does not get higher past that lvl, the levelling up is regulated by a fixed time required to lvl up.
120/300h in 4 months isn't much.
