Is not Omega Vanitas a game for newbie? Is it a game for 192 level users only? I can not catch a newbie. Due to 192 levels, many newbie leave.

He's saying because of his level he can't kill newbies. And saying so its not a game for a newbie with a ? Mark and saying that people his level would be regular level in ov. Make sense more aegis.

Xixio is not that high lvl (less than 30 i think).
hes messing up a bit the sentences probably due translator, so can mean many things.

So my guess is:

Knowing him, hes only finding it strange that theres some ppl who play too much and reach high lvls, and thinks that trought dedication one can't reach such a lvl, when its plenty possible, just really repetitive.

So he thinks that low lvl players can't ever catch up to such lvls... while they do can, but will take real korean grinder skills to achieve it, since the current content is meant for up to lvl 30/35 characters (but due to exp requirement per lvl capped at 2mil per lvl past 30, it always take the same time per lvl up from there on wich is exactly the reason why such lvls can be achieved)
