am I able to kill sadist the bandit who drops the note for Jared mcjoel quest?I'm Lvl 3.And where can find that bandit?

i think you need at very least lvl10-12 to be able to kill just one, they're 2 maps below Silosia (starting main town), since they are ranged and inflict quite the damange.

Im level 5 defeated a sadist with my friend Went to the forest outpost went to the shack at 6,1 to the cave and finished the quest XD i deserve a pat on the back

In the description of the quest, everything is described in sufficient detail. Find a note with information where the farmers' brother is imprisoned and go inspect the bandit camp at location 5.1. After that, you will be sent to inspect another camp at location 6.1 and at the end to find a cave
