Hello, I hav a problem when I was buying a "skill reset". When I made a payment, I had a problem and transfer bi canceled, but the money was debited from the mobile account, from which I paid for the purchase. I did not get a "skill reset", but I really need it. I hope for your help.

when you purchase, is your pack full?
i heard that paid items probably disappear on this condition.

I had about 10 slots left. I walked with robots

It may take up to 24h to for the purchased item to showup in your inventory.
If after 24h from the purchase nothing shows up in your inventory, send me a private message so we can proceed with checking what happened and resolve the situation.
