No you need 3 players to kill the queen. I don't remember what you need to do but you have to be in sync with the other players to kill the queen.

1 has 1 item the mission log should tell the order to kill the queen.

Is there any chance to fail?
The chainsaw will get destroyed or it will remain?
The guy who have the quest should use chainsaw?
We should follow the order( first acid then spike...) Or only the one who have the quest can do it by click and others should just be there?
