Hi. Im on the trading route mission right now, and i talk to the farm brother, who said i need to bring them 10 slaver necklace. So where do i get it? Please help.

They sometimes appear in game vendors or drop from mobs. If your char has level 25+ you can try grinding rotters on maps 5.1 6.1 and sadists on 4.1 to get those necklaces

What vendors sell them? Do vendors in silosia sell them too?
P.S: Im new in this game so i dont know much vendor aside from those in silosia, farm, and desert village

All vendors sell them but that happens randomly so noone can say for sure where they will be for sale and will they at all. Best way to get them is to buy from players or ask a high-level player to bring you some

There's a mission to get a guard a gun outside of a tiny gun shop with an RV. The man will give you 5 slaver necklace for bringing any gun. Wish I knew there was a mission involved is have saved them.
