I was minding my own buisness when a guy wanted to trade with me he gave me explorer pants,Smuggler shirt and smuggler hat with free 3000 caps i got em for free He told me to store my items in bank I did not he seemed suspicous he said that when i die i have 50/50 chance all my loot will dissapear!
