It does seem like future content, seems like descriptors to generate a type of item *tech* item type *t5* quality

All the items stated with just a text that can range from "T1 to T5 +material type" (T stands for Tier) are future items not yet fully implemented that will be needed especially for crafting special equipements/weapons and "maybe" also for some other future functions wich are not yet defined.
Lets say that for now they're shown like that just because of a matter of placeholder for the item database.
