How to acquire tank follower

Im new in this game, so i need help about followers.
How to get safe robot? Is it ingame store or by skill int "robotic"?
If it is ingame store do it need specific level or not?

You can have them by buy or build by yourself,to build it
First, you need to get all tank part that asked by Colonel,then you need to wait until pass level 15,after that Colonel will ask you to blow up the door near metal doom
,After get in you need to repair the server to be able to go to door that lead to Robotic assamble bench,Last find the materials it's need,Craft,and Youreka,you have new unbreakable follower.

Tanks are breakable, but mostly immune to most attacks against enemy attacks. You can buy a green bot, however you must be lvl 20

Can I still craft tank even I don't have robotic skill .just finished quest.and how?

To collect robots you need to have 15 lvl, learn the skill "Robotist" and open the machine to create robots in the laboratory. Only then can you create a robot from parts
