speed of attack and dexterity!?

hello guys, I was told that dexterity increases the speed of attack of the pesson, this is not written in the manual, could you confirm me or deny me please.

Dexterity increases character dodge. It does not add any attack speed

Actually if you have been reach certain point of DEX, you can unlock skill that can increase Attack Speed in Skill Tree

Some skills in Skill Tree can Increase attack speed

Like this skill can pasif increase attack speed but just for melee weapon only.

And this skill too can increase ATK SPD 25% but you need to activate it and have CD so you need to wait if you want to use it again.
