After you find the first guy after finding the note, he will direct you to the next camp. Most southeast map.
There u will find a cave along the east edge....

He didnt show me way. Mark, the slave said he shows me but didnt

I think you need to bring mark back to the farm and maybe after that he will direct u to the cave...
Keep checking the quest log..

Someone could explain me what kind of bandit should i kill in order to take the note? Every "human png" is good or there is the specific bandit? Where can i find them?

Check the southeast map, i think its a drop from the gunslinger mobs there.. Not sure what name though, sadists or something...
