Spawn killer

I would like to register a complaint.
About an hour ago someone named hobbit or someting like that accused me of violating game rules and gaved me an outlaw status. I immediately removed it with in-game purchase. He was surprised. Doesn't he know how it works? He didn't plan to tell me the reason I was cast away from town until I asked him to explain himself POLITELY. what kind of attitude is this? He told me "read game rules" before he kicked me out. That attitude pissed me off.
At least he answered my questions later.
But I came here to complain about this spawn killer rule.
I dont expect any apologize or good attitude from this hobbbit fella.
I was playing and suddenly a big bunch of god knows what ran at me. So I ran. That makes me survivalist - not a spawn killer. Maybe it happened many times I dont remember.
So I was accused by your moderator for avoiding Death in the survival game!!!
That rule is TOO strict! That violation was not on purpose.
I have a quite known youtube channel in Russia and do not expect good reviews on this game from me and other youtubers I know.

You were reported to me, with evidence, by credible sources as spawn killing other players. As you can see in the game rules, you violated that rule:

The typical punishment for a player that is spawn killing is outlaw status. That way, players can deal directly with a spawn killer with no need for intervention by the GM staff.

Avoiding death - running from a mob - sure, that is okay, and totally understandable. However, evidence shows that is NOT what you were doing. A player does not accidently have 10-20 enemies/monsters surrounding him, and following him closely - the player runs and then waits for the mob to catch up, until the player is able to unload this mob onto another player - that is not "survival" - that is spawn killing. You laughing in chat while doing it further shows your intentions.

Your complaint is heard, but unfounded. Evidence shows you were in clear violation of the rules.

I need to think about this.
This game is too addictive to mess with.
I truly dont remember mocking someone in chat.
But if you monitor all public chat messages then I guess it happened.
As you can see I don't do it anymore.
I found all places I need to avoid.
Damn... this game is good.
Just try to tell people their crimes BEFORE u outlaw them.
I suggest you post a crime list with updates (with daily or weekly update?) so WE (I mean myself and other ahem...outlaws) can see what we done THIS time.
For example: Richter > Spawn killer > outlaw for 7 days for you, a$$ hole!
