Tank quest-what to do?

I need some help. I activated the dispenser into the bunker and brang a fusion engine back to Vuz, but I still cant get in the lab, and there is no related quest in my quest list, i also cant find any question marks into the bunker or at the tanks

What do you mean by the lab? The hopper is divided into 2 sections. In the first section, you complete the quest with the engine and find the employee’s records to begin the task of activating the first robot assembly machine. You can enter the second section if you find the door in the left corner of the corridor in the first section of the bunker and click on this door. After that, you need to open the door using the terminal and enter the second section of the hopper

Im not sure if i have found that record. I can get AA pets from the dispenser, that always wishes me a productive day, but i dont know what to do next, because i cant fond any clue
