So,

Every time I go to the slaver camp and buy health items, I see stuff like valqiri and wonder, do these things have any positive effects such as increased aim, increased walking speed, increased melee damage, ect? Or are they just useless, novelty items that are just a PSA for how bad drugs are?
I know this isn't Fallout, but I mean Valqiri said it was an experimental drug used in the military to enhance combat abilities or something close to that.

TL;DR:
Do drugs have any hidden, positive effects, or just trash?

I use valqiri for fun when leveling. Idk if it increases attack damage or what. I have same question about it??
