blueprint for armored tires

I have complete all jimmy tire quest and get tire mask. But i dont know how to make armor i try to work stasion and not find the tire armour.some advice is very helpful

See other tabs for crafting items. There are as many as 2 tabs for clothes

Thanks for advice but its really weird because thats only visible in work bench my friends tell me that. Maybe some city have different blue print and building to make item.

Different workbench have different crafting recipes. Silosia has a level 1 workbench, VUZ has a level 2 workbench
