New Glitch

I found a new glitch. The screen teleports to a different location and gets stuck there.. My character doesnt teleport its just the screen
Something similar happened sometimes from the beginning but it always teleported the screen back to my original location. Maybe a connection issue?
But this is different because now the screen stays stuck. Relogging seems to be the only option because the character is not responding when i tap to move.
On the first screenshot you can see my character isnt visible. This is where its stuck. But you can see where i am on the radar/map.
When it happened i was moving up and down,spawning rotters at the location visible in the second screenshot.
