Level 1 skills

I'm unable to get my lvl 1 abilities that are passive even though i have 1 point on each int, end and per. Game user is rohab1986

what level are you? each level you earn 1 skill point (separate from your attribute points, which you earn 3 of each level) - each skill requires 1 skill point... so you can never have more skills than your current level... please let me know if this helps
