Hi,

A Rotter that my character killed dropped an opened box with colourful rods in it. When I tab on the box it disappeared but it didn't appear in my inventory. I was at map 6.1 roughly 22,101 and it happened about 2.5 hrs before this post.

the closest thing i can think of being at rotters, is the chips, theyre colored casino fiches, when you pick them up they go directly to your chips ammount (ingame money) and not to your inventory as an item.

They come in various ammounts, the box one you found gives 800 chips.

Ah that must be it. Sorry, they looked like rods to me lol
