Bug Queen Quest

So after a lifetime of attempting to get the Old Man Harris quest done I got 2 other guys, we killed the queen, and I got the head. Even after talking to the captain and then going to oasis the whole quest line was still in my quest log. I was just curious if I missed a bit somewhere along the line or if this is a bug.
