Crashing bug

I have a friend and this old device aswell that everytime i and he goes to the vus town, it always crash loops. can you please fix this?

Please let us know the ingame name, the game version and the device model.

Hello everyone
My problem is when the quest is killing a kind of creatures in the game,the number of creatures that i killed arent counted in my account and i cant complete the quest.
Does my account have problem?
Please help me
