I have sprint skill and no armor but my speed is 110%. Than somebody told me skillls doesnt work

They took off 30% speed bonus if you have equipped weapons. You need to unequip weapons and everything that has -% in speed, to be able for running max speed.

even without all those, i dropped from 188% run speed wihout weapons to 138% speed without weapons

Ya if you remvre your weapons then you can run a bit faster again HOWEVER idf you stop to rearm for a fight some player can whack you while you access the menu to rearm like what happened to me.. ya this is a great change....

From 161 speed without weapons
To 131 speed without weapons
Without sprint 101

seems like dex lost his dodge bonus valor, because even a starting toon has 101% walk speed without any dex lol
