I have hammer and enough material,but I can't upgrade my tower

When reporting an issue, pls try helping us: which faction's tower? At what position? You can know a building's position standing close to it and typing /pos in the chat.
And, what level is now the tower?

Tower bug fixed or it's still unsafe to build?

its safe to build, but the bug of tower stopping shooting is still existing.
Once they will be fixed its gonna be announced, but currently there are more pressing matters to solve than clan buildings.... So gotta have patience
So expect around 1-2months before it will be solved.
