I can't upgrade buildings

I went to upgrade my 2nd cabin today and i got the supplys and a hammer but when i went to build on it nothing happened i tried relogging and swapping weapons even got a different hammer but i couldnt build on my cabin i could use a GMs help idk if its every body or just me that cant build.

Have you checked if other clan members can build it, also ensure you have the the required skills, i know upgrading tower required int skills, not sure about bunkers etc.
