1. What is your version of the game? (you can see the version of the game in the "Acknowledgments" tab in the game menu)
2. Does the nickname of your account in the game that has this error correspond to the nickname on the forum?
3. Let's better continue the dialogue in PM, maybe confidential data will be discussed

Hello... i have the same problem...
My account name is Bolt
i have 2 phone the old and the new update, when i open this game in the old version that become an error, all my guns cant be used, the menus is gone, i login to the new update but nothing happen, all my gun cant be used
