Stun Icon/Indicator Missing

Where: N/A (anywhere)
What: stun icon that indicates being stunned is not showing
Why: can't properly tell if skill did work
Comment: I think this occurred few days ago, I don't know... can't really tell, I just realize it when I was in the arena. Probably other skills has same problem might as well check on that.

- I took different screenshots from 30-28 seconds it didn't show any icon or indicator
