Yeah this happens to me as well and sometimes if u are close to someone it will say that players name but wearing the exact same outfit and haveing the exact same weapons as me..thought it was just me lol

This cannot be fixed in any way, as it is due to your problems with the Internet connection to the server. Players with stable internet and powerful phone cannot get something like this during gameplay
