Short login increases survival counters by a set ammount

So basically if you login, logout immediately, and then login again, your counters are increased by one minute's worth for every login (or maybe logout?). You can speed to death this way. I know it will be abusable if you don't "tax" people until a minute has passed, but there can be a seconds counter that adds your odd seconds on logout and simply give you another minute of exposure when the count goes over 60.

why would one need to login, logout and login again within seconds if not to abuse something?

Normal ppl login, play and loggout once they're done playing. Usually for more than just 5 minutes lol

Maybe i got it wrong, so please elaborate it more if the above said text doesnt make sense.

I haven't had much time to play these days, so I am sitting at a merchant and popping in just to see if the server has restarted. Thus, I noticed that the counters increased, even though I didn't spend any notable time in game. I'm not saying it's something you'd do, just that it seems to be having an impact when you do it.

probably to get you not to camp 1 place just to do a quick *checkup* xD

Now that i think about it, this could be abused for griefing players in some ways... so thats probably the reason lol
