HI, I'm Moneypenny and I have collected massive amounts of gear thoughott my travels in the wasteland, so I have decided to GIVE IT ALL AWAY!!!!!!

I do have a few requirements though.

1 you must be below lvl 10
2. your gear has to be crappy
3. you cannot be a part of a faction

basicly this is gear for new players.. so don't try and scam me ok.... I am trying to give new players a boost.

I hang out at the start town at various time in the day.... If you are lucky you will find me... and sometimes I give away guns too!!!

I am behind this. I gave away some gear early on and a few of those players stuck around. PM me and maybe we can get some people pooling on this.

I also give away free stuff randomly from my main account, i usually look for noobs just starting with very little equipment, and give yhem whatever i have spare.
