Just a question for yfar or any other GM

So in the point styem of reporting anything bad to the game their is something that says "any item up too low class"(except prohibited items) and in the picture you showed their is no low class just middle and high so does that mean low is middle, their is not a low class,or low means middle and high?..and one other thing is it possible to get a prohibited item or do you the GM give it to the player if you feel like they deserved it?

The low class of items includes all items that are not listed in other lists. There are more than 700 items in the game and it will take a very long time to list them all. Prohibited items cannot be obtained in any way, except for possible events in the future. In the future, this is likely to change, because these items are on the prohibited list only to preserve their rarity and because we have not yet assigned them a use and a method of obtaining in the game
