Hello!
USA player here, the cost of buying a private houses is currently $41.99 (42 USD) in America. Is this the correct price because all other in-game purchases are less than $5 (5 USD). I really love your game and want to support you, but $41.99 is a lot for one private house.

The private house has a number of unique functions that are not available to other players, which is why this service is much more expensive than all other donated items. In the first message there is a link to another post, which describes in detail all the functions of a private house
