I'd like the same avatar pic as my FT one. Any ideas how I can reduce the size to the above? It's got me stumped.

Go to google playstore and type in, "photo resizer". The first one is the one I use. You can then set size to whatever you want. It looks like this:

I increased maximum avatar size.
