unknown item, stuck quest

Hello, I'm lvl.20, a newbie
I'm stuck on some quests because I can't find the required items

Sulfur, coal, electrolyte

I asked many players but couldn't get an answer.
I have read the toppic [Guildes on Quests](from 2019), and I have tried many ways but all have failed.
For example:
+ take a battery and find a way to extract it at most towns.
+ find everything that matches the word "large stone" mentioned in the [Guildes on Quests] and break it down.

Go to the workbench in Silosia with the battery, go to your inventory and click on the button to disassemble the item. Sulfur can now only be mined from ore veins in the mine under map 6.1 (entrance on the right edge of the map)

The coal is mostly in another mine under map 5.3, but you can also find a couple of ore veins in the mine under map 6.1

I had success with electrolyte, coal and sulfur . There seemed to be only one place where sulfur could be mined. That's the end of the road towards the upper right corner (mine 6.1)
