Quest for Finley

Hey everyone, I'm a bit new to the game and I've recently started the quest for Finley, placing transmitters on a farm in order to detect enemies. The problem I'm having is that, although Yfars posted pictures of some trees and the coordinates, those coordinates are seemingly impossible to find, and the coordinate system doesn't even seem to make much sense, causing me to wonder around the farm checking my POS to no avail. Some of the coordinates Yfars provides even seem to have more digits than is present in the game coordinates. Even if I did know I had the right tree however, what am I supposed to do...? No tree I've seen in that area gives me an option to plant a transmitter, am I just supposed to drop it nearby?
I really appreciate any help I can get, this has already taken me a fair bit of time.

So now I was killing slaves for Barry and it won't let me turn in the slave chains, what am I missing?
