I'll look into this more asap, but another thing I'm realizing that makes this difficult is that several of the skills may be toggled on or off, which will change stats (like keep guard for 2 armor for example)

Yeah, ur right, even if both of us have that skill
and, in the armor particular case, the difference is 15 points, so the two.points from that skill are pretty ininfluent...
The other fact is that i, with a dex build, have lesser dodge, mov speed etc than him...this is a lot frustrating...
And, as u see, the differences are realy HUGE

The fact remains that i have an Int char and he has an Dex char...
But...
We have taken in account all the perks and differences and there is very obviously something wrong...
I have higher base armor and higher dodge even though only my Int is higher than his...
It doesnt make sense. Either it is a bug or bad game mechanics..
Whatever it is my friend is stuck in a broken character and has been trying to reach the devs for some days now but the problem isnt adressed..
I understand they must be busy with solving the bugs etc.. But it would be great if the devs can solve this issue soon.. Many thx from the Brotherhood of Steel

Ty a lot Rha for ur post! Anyway, for knowing if its a my personal problem, i think that devs can create a lvl 17 chattare, with my same setup, and check the differences...
Maybe that can be a solution, i don't know, but it seems logical...
Ps. I wanna even say the i made a stats reset too, in past...

I've looked into it kinda from the outside.... needed something fixed so i can do proper tests, and got it taken care of now, so I'll be able to check it much better tonight

alright, I've gotten it figured out now lol - there is indeed a bug. It isn't that one account is "weaker" than it is supposed to be, but rather the other is much "stronger" than it should be. I'm sure the bug will be fixed soon, and I would like to reward you both for helping us find this. please contact me (again) in PM to discuss the reward
