I've noticed that the players having this problem has used the stats reset item. Is it possible the bug might be inside those codes? Kind of like the rad suit. You have to relog everytime you put it on or taken it off.

I believe this particular problem is handled (not fixed yet, but understood anyway) - but please send me a PM detailing the rad suit issue as you know it... I've got a theory on another issue that you may be able to help shed some light on
