I'd really like such feature as 'writable sign'. The idea is simple: make new kind of faction building which you can add notes to. Faction messages are too spamming, too hard and unhandy to write for example faction rules, plans, resources needed. They may have different levels of acsess to read and to edit, controlled by sovreign. That is all.

I could also be a warning sign: "Trespassers will be fed to the Waste" or "Trespassers will be wrung for water"

Or even usual "Tresspassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again".
