cant upgade towers

why i cant upgrade towers? what is need? resources i have, hammer i have, what need ???

This has already been reported and the fixes are worked on (MAYBE will be fixed with the live version of the big update).
(side note: correct forum part would be BUGS for this issue..)

Its the defensive turrets used to defend your faction buildings
