Lost skills

Yesterday, exactly at 0.00 when the server was rebooted, all skills were gone, the administration asked me to return my skills for the 1st of March, or at least reset all the parameters.

My friend's situation is the same as you. He has no skills to use for many days. And the increase in attribute points has no effect

I don't know if it's the same bug but I leveled from 16 to 17 and didn't get my stats points or level.
