Price compare

Two items, different sell prices (at npc shop guy 6.3 pos (85,64):
Plate shoulder R: Price 36
Armor:4
Dodge: -3%
Walk speed: -2%
Riot mk2 shoulder R: Price 88
Armor: 4
Dodge: -4%
Walk speed: -4%
So if taking logic in to account, the first one should be more valuable, because you gain same 4 armor, but you lose just -2% speed, and -1% dodge compared to another, who is more expensive.
Is these prices just wrong and need calibration or there's some hidden reason why mk2 is more valuable?
I compared just these 2 items, but i believe there are more items, which has better stats, but still are cheaper to sell then low stats equivalents.
