janky armor idea/pvp plus changing stats?

Armor stats
-Damage could be categorized into damage types
-Sharp/blunt/bullet/laser/piercing etc
-Instead of armor points negating damage, armor should instead resist damage types by percentage
-ex. Bullet vest resists bullet damage by 20% and blunt by 5% and 1% to deflect bullets or even gain aim and speed bonus
-instead of gaining armor when upgrading endurance you get a bigger health stat instead.
-stats should be capped at some point.
Just imagine guy with 200% speed in pvp you literally could not runaway from him or even target him.
As another example a lvl 100 guy or something could have 500 health and 40 armor. Towers would only do 1 damage to him while he tears them to pieces. Dex should also not be heavily relied on to lvl up or to PVE. It sucks that you must lvl dex only otherwise it would take you a bajilion years killing bugs to lvl up. Since you cant kill anything else with low dex. Armor doesnt even work well when fighting drifters with guns but you just gotta focs dex all the time :/. A guy with 100 dodge is also funny because you cannot melee him.
You guys should also improve the targeting interface for pvp. Instead of touching the target button i end up with the trading menu. Why does it also change locations time to time?
