problem with points after lvl up

ok, so every lvl you get 3 points to manage. at some point you need 2 points to raise your character stat. so I was spending 2 points to raise one stat, and 1 point was waiting for the next lvl. but when I lvl up, this free point just disappears and I get only 3 points to manage (not 4). this happened 4 times in a row. not used skill points cumulate as they should.

1-10 is 1 point per stat
10-20 is 2 points per stat
21+ is 3 points per stat
As said before, tell ur stats, that wouldn't be hard to check is something is missing
